Hi, I'm Ovidiu Cherecheş (also known as skid). I'm a web developer from Bistrita, ROMANIA. Photography is also one of my interests, because of that reason this project was conceived in the first place.

the project
PhotoSlice™ started one night (4 July 2007 to be more specific) as a desire to have a photo viewer for my blog. I stayed up all that night developing and at about 5 AM it became functional, that felt really good :). Of course the bugs and all were removed in time the days after.
I was really pleased with what I accomplished so I decided to share the feeling. After a long period of "hibernation", most of it summer vacation, I decided to carry on with the project, and after another round of days/nights of hard work here it is. The site was launched on the 1st of October 2007.
